TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE PURCHASE
These are Terms & Conditions on which we supply products to you. Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order to us.

  1. Default prices mentioned are in Pak Rupee.
  2. Payments will be accepted in Pak Rupees only. No other currencies will be accepted at the time of delivery.
  3. Prices are included of all type of carrier charges.
  4. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown, but in case of an error occurs, we will not accept the order and the order will have to be replaced with the correct price. In case payment has already been made, the excess amount will be refunded or short amount will need to be paid.
  5. It is the sole discretion of journey to change the prices without any prior notice.
  6. Slight colour variations are always possible because of the nature of fabric and the fact that reproduction of colours on monitor is possible to that extent which the photographic process reasonably allows.
  7. Design and style ordered may be out of stock & an alternate colour may be offered at the time of delivery with customer’s consent.
  8. Please note that the time of delivery is the estimated time and does not include public holiday(s), announced or otherwise.
  9. Your order will be processed for delivery once u complete the order form.
  10. Because of any uncertain circumstances, delivery time can be changed without any prior notice, although journey strongly endeavours to meet its timelines.
  11. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product.
  12. In case of in-accurate mailing address provided by the customer or unavailability of person to accept delivery in two attempts by the courier; no claims/refunds would be entertained.
  13. Journey is not affiliated with any other retail or wholesaler. We manufacture and design our own products and are solely responsible for distribution and marketing.
  14. Journey is not liable of any losses whatsoever included but not limited to damage, delay, miss delivery or non-delivery of your orders by Courier Company.
  15. Payment may be made by any single method indicated at the checkout page on our website.
